How do I claim a refund?

We will gladly refund products that are still in their original sale condition, on presentation of the original receipt.

Please make sure that you fit below requirements:

  • Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of purchase, together with proof of purchase.
  • Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels attached.
  • Gift cards, personalized products, sale, clearance and seconds items are not eligible for a refund or exchange if you change your mind.
  • Customers are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including any currency conversion and/or local or international.

Please pack the whole item, along with a short note with your instructions, and send it to:

How do I exchange an item? The Shop Online is not able to offer product exchanges, however you may return the unwanted item for a refund of the product price and you can then place a new order for the required item.
